Dr. Rob Kloepfer is an optometrist, speaker, and founder of HealthE Academy. With a Doctor of Optometry degree and an MBA, he combines clinical expertise with business insight to help clinics train stronger, more effective teams. With over a decade of clinical experience and a background spanning private practice and ophthalmology, he brings real-world insight into every course. A former President of the Alberta College of Optometrists and national lecturer, he is known for delivering practical, real-world education that improves both patient care and team performance.

Jason Carruthers is a dual-licensed Optician and Orthokeratologist with a passion for specialty contact lenses, myopia control, and educating the next generation of eyecare professionals.
